Despite my diagnosis Professor PS made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. He explained everything fully and in simple terms. He advised on both preparation for, and post operation. Both credible and reliable PSs level of confidence was very reassuring to me throughout; he always did what he said he would do which is very rare these days. Whilst succint, PS has an excellent 'bedside' manner and where appropriate could inject humour to a conversation. It was also clear to me that PS was respected and well liked by the team. The examination was thorough, and he made sure to address all my questions. He recommended a specific protocol to follow to prevent further symptoms. He also scheduled a follow-up appointment in three months to monitor my progress. I appreciated that he provided clear instructions and took the time to ensure I understood everything. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my appointment with Dr Sahai. His expertise and compassionate approach made a difficult situation much easier to handle. My experience with Mr Vakharia has been excellent. I am someone who has not previously found engagement with medical professionals easy but Mr Vakharia put me at my ease from our first consultation.
