I had the best care at the Portland Hospital. All the midwives and nursing staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities were incredible. I was well looked after and enjoyed my hospital stay.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.
