Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.
