Visiting HCA at The Shard is always a pleasure. Staff are friendly and professional - systems and processes are slick and easy, and the entire place is immaculately clean at all times.

I recently had a surgery at the Princess Grace Hospital and was happy by the care I received. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well-supported throughout my stay. I recommend the hospital for their service and warm, compassionate staff.

My husband and I are from Australia and chose to have our two children privately here - whilst it was an expensive decision, we were really satisfied with the care that we received at The Portland Hospital, hence returning for the delivery of our second child. The amenities and staff are wonderful.

This is a great facility, convinient to get to, always, clean with friendly staff and never any long wait times.

The hospital is well presented with free tea/ coffee while waiting. The staff are kind and friendly and overall a great experience.
