I went to IPM following a word and mouth recommendation. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very committed to delivering satisfaction. My only disappointment is that, as a self-funding client, the initial assessment significantly underestimated the treatment sessions that would be required which has had a major impact upon budgeting and has become a sizeable, unplanned financial commitment.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. I am incredibly grateful for the level of care I received at Wellington Hospital. The friendly and dedicated staff went above and beyond to make my visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. I saw Dr Carla for multiple appointments. She was very thorough, listened and made swift recommendations. I had a health screening, full body MRI and allergy testing which was a great way to know my body better. Very happy and never had any wait time!
