Each member of the team, from the receptionists to the medical professionals, demonstrated a level of kindness, professionalism, and expertise that is truly commendable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I fully understood each step of the process and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. The technicians were not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. The facilities are top-notch, reflecting the high standard of care that all hospitals under HCA UK are known for. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

Better - Soho is a great, well equipped facility with everything I have needed
