Friendly, organised and efficient with minimal wait time

my experience of the Harley street hospital was good.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

Good experience

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Weird area to get to but asking for directions wasn't a problem. Very friendly and felt like o had commitment from the doctor and focus on my recovery

The doctors, nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about one another and the patients. Doctors in the Sainsbury’s Wing are fantastic, capable and empathetic but clearly overworked with shifts that are longer than they should be. I would say the same goes for the nurses. There is a serious shortage of staff, which is problematic for a private facility. The building in itself and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and modernisation. Nutrition needs to be much more of a priority as it forms a crucial part of a holistic treatment.
