André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. I came to Alex after struggling with chronic lower back pain for the last 2 years. He was extremely thorough in his initial assessment and has an amazing manner with patients - he takes the time to explain his thoughts and diagnosis in detail, and was great at helping me understand exactly how specific exercises would improve things. I was also hugely impressed by how aware and open-minded Alex is with regards to more general pain management techniques like breathwork etc. - for me it was essential to see a physio that has such a well-rounded view of holistic health when dealing with something like chronic pain. My symptoms have improved and I've made considerable progress through seeing Alex, for which I am very grateful for. Overall an amazingly knowledgable physio and a very likeable guy!
