Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. I felt in very safe hands from the start, and his empathetic and positive attitude has made dealing with my ankle sprain much easier. Highly recommend for his great competence and amazingly positive energy!

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). A pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend

Alex has been amazing. He has provided help and advice on strengthening my ankle and knee after multiple surgeries. Simple steps that have proved to be so effective. I am so happy that after 9 sessions with Alex, I now feel comfortable walking with no pain and no fear that my ankle or knee will give way.
