The team are just amazing and leave no stone unturned, and their personal approach and empathy are exemplar. I was very well looked after during my stay in the hospital, the hospitality and accommodating staff made sure I was very well looked after. It was a pleasure to be under their care.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.
