Seen on time and Dr Nuttall listened to all my concerns. She has undertaken to contact the right department about my knee problem and has prescribed medication for the rheumatology issues.

Dr Shahir is very understanding and expertly explains why he is conducting certain tests and what exactly he is looking for. I appreciate that he was able to diagnose my rare condition and prescribe medication that so far seems to be working very well.

Dr Mittal herself is good. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately for both of us, it was a bit of a wasted journey. It was a long way to go to be told that the information I'd been provided by another consultant was incorrect. I wish the system wasn't so ridiculously tied and Dr Mittal had the right to refer her own patients to her clinic, because I have been struggling for years with my health condition now and if the system was better supported, then I may have been able to access the support quicker. She advised me that I'm doing as much as possible to support my health condition, so that was good to have been told that there's nothing else I'm missing.
