Polite and empathetic, Dr Ziad listened to my complaints and asked pertinent questions as and when necessary. He possesses a friendly demeanour with a soft and easy to understand tone of voice. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to deliver an accurate diagnosis with an action plan to remedy my situation. His follow up action was prompt and I left his office in a much happier frame of mind than I had going in: more importantly, I am excited in the prospect of finally eliminating my ailments. This was my 3rd appointment with Dr Astorri for the Evusheld injection. My experience has been fantastic! As an immunocompromised person I absolutely value the service she provides. I find her very personable and happy to explain any questions I have in a way I understand. I took my daughter with me today and she was happy to repeat in detail answers to my questions because I knew I would forget as soon as I left! I did not feel rushed or a nuisance. It is extremely important to have this relationship with your consultant, someone who puts you at your ease. I cannot recommend Dr Astorri highly enough!

Dr Israa Al-Shakarchi Is an outstanding Dr. She is ALWAYS kind and genuinely caring. She is professional and knowledgeable and never rushes an appointment. She listens and provides the best advice and information to assist with improving my mums health and wellbeing. It is always a good experience with her.

I found Dr Mahmud charming, informative and completely Unintimidating that you could have a two way conversation without fear of sounding totally inept I know I will be in good hands going foward. Thankyou
