I didn't attend the centre, it was on zoom. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant, professional and friendly. I was made to feel at ease and the therapy was extremely helpful and allowed me to cope and navigate a particular difference period in my life.

I found the experience extremely fulfilling. The staff are fantastic!
