Very clean and on time didn't have to wait longer than my arranged appointment time

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Made sure my scan was done despite gadgetRon problems
