My only feedback would be that I sometimes felt that they were incredibly busy.

Good and helpful staff

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Overall a good experience

St Anthony’s hospital always feels like a safe, clean hospital. The staff are always extremely welcoming and helpful.
