I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wellington Hospital for a series of diagnostic tests, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff at Wellington Hospital are truly outstanding. Each member of the team, from the receptionists to the medical professionals, demonstrated a level of kindness, professionalism, and expertise that is truly commendable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I fully understood each step of the process and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. The technicians were not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. The facilities are top-notch, reflecting the high standard of care that all hospitals under HCA UK are known for. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. I was very nervous having been on watch and wait for 11 years for my acoustic neuroma. I was treated with kindness, respect and patience and whilst the process was certainly not enjoyable I felt in safe hands and the way I was treated made the whole thing bearable.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting area and facilities were spotless.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!
