I recently had the pleasure of using Harley Row Clinic’s online services, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. One aspect that stood out to me was the convenient payment structure. Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline. I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

I was treated at the sloane hospital as part of the circle group. They were absolutely wonderful.
