Very efficient, friendly and informative staff.

I have attended OPTEGRA Manchester 3 times now & on each occasion my treatment has been wonderful. My appointments have always been on time even though it was such a busy place. I attended as a NHS patient but couldn’t have been treated any better if I was paying for the cataract removal. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming from the ladies at Reception to the nurses & the surgeons & they take time to make sure you understand everything that will happen & explain each stage as you go through it. Obviously you experience discomfort at some time but you are encouraged to let them know if you are suffering any pain as they can give you stronger anaesthetic drops. I would advise anyone who needs cataract removal to go to OPTEGRA.
