Lovely clean hospital staff from reception to nurse/dr’s very friendly and helpful

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.
