Vermilion provide a gold standard service. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide and my experience. My patient experience from start to finish was wonderful. From a lovely welcome greet by he highly professional and personable reception team to outstanding world class care by the wonderful staff.

Unfortunately the dentist arrived at the practice late for his 1st appointment at 9am . As I had another appointment with my doctor at 9:45 this was not acceptable. When he did arrive he made it clear that he could do nothing about traffic/ roadworks . An apology would have been more appropriate.
