Anika was so warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. She diagnosed my shoulder issue rapidly and outlined treatment, prognosis and recovery.

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

I was seen by the specialist in reasonable time and given appointments for necessary diagnostic tests. I’m very pleased with the service.

Really very good! Why cannot the NHS be like this?????
