My initial appointment was cancelled for the sit down scanner. It was rescheduled for the open MRI scanner as I could lie down. I would have waited until October for the sit down scanner so opted for an earlier appointment for the open scanner. I just about coped with it in terms of claustrophobia. The staff made it bearable. Great staff. Everything explained. Friendly. Polite. Efficient.

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.

Once we switched to private healthcare we soon got a date for my operation for around 2 months or so time. My surgeon (Mr Fady Sedra) was very very good and my scar is so neat and i look symmetrical now. My nurses were also very nice, helpful and patient. Overall, my experience was excellent and I am so impressed with my results.
