I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I saw Dr Pardeep in Promis Rehab, London & from the start he was kind & listened carefully to my immediate needs & ongoing care when I returned home. In my experience he is a first class psychiatrist, with a lovely way of making you feel comfortable, in safe hands & his after care is exceptional. I had a problem with my GP following up on medication & Dr Pardeep promptly sent an email and the whole situation was sorted promptly & effectively. Thank you.

When I started my journey with my very difficult life. I was put in contact with Dr Rostamipour for an assessment for ADHD. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD and slight autism. Thereafter I was very carefully and compassionately guided into a health care plan that has literally changed and saved my life. I feel after seeing Dr Rostamipour My life has begun. I am in regular contact with Dr Rostamipour. I have regular updates about how I’m feeling and coping with my life and my medication. This is all very carefully monitored and I couldn’t wish for a better outcome. I feel I was born in June 2022 and I am the person now that I always knew I was. So I can’t thank Dr Rostamipour more for his compassion , expertise and knowledge that has got me where I am today. Alex D.

I can’t thank Dr Yahya and Sharelle Hatherley enough for the amount of support they have given me and amazing service they provided before, during and after my ADHD Diagnosis. Dr Yahya’s ADHD Assessment was very detailed and in my consultations with him during and through both Diagnosis and Treatment, the environment has continued to be somewhere I feel heard and comfortable to express /speak about myself and my struggles openly. In all parts of my treatment, there has always been a focus on my understanding and, progression/changes are made with my wishes and best interests at heart. Having him as my Psychiatrist, I am confident that I am being looked after well. Now Sharelle Hatherley, working alongside Dr Yahya as his Secretary has too proven to be incredible. She always strives to go the extra mile in each and every interaction that I have had and always comes across as ecstatic to help out. Where I have needed to get pass something onto/ask Dr Yahya, her response is always swift. In all exchanges with both Dr Yahya and Sharelle, it has proven to be an absolutely fantastic experience where I feel that I am highly valued and cared for as a patient.
