He completed his medical training in Auckland, New Zealand, and finished his specialised training in London in 2009. Since then, he has worked as a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist for the NHS in various locations, including Surrey, Southampton, and Devon.

Dr. Crabb has a wealth of experience in assessing and assisting young individuals who present with neurodevelopmental difficulties such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. He also works with young people facing issues related to stress, low mood, and difficulties attending school.
