The overall experience was fantastic. I spent a long time making my decision, and now on the other side I am overjoyed with my result, and thankful to REAL for making that a reality

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Staff regardless of role are over and above friendly, caring, considerate and an asset to the hospital.
