I found Mr Caeser to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. My only concern is I have not had any follow up since the appointment, so I will take this up with Bupa and with the secretary.

I visited Nick Aresti in relation to a nerve injury caused to my radial nerve by the NHS during reconstructive surgery on my elbow. He was able to assist me with my peripheral nerve injury. Nick explained what was likely to have happened to my hand and how it could be repaired. Nick was able to put me in touch with other nerve specialists that could help me in getting a proper diagnosis and treatment. I felt that Nick went out of his way to help me during what was a very difficult time for me. He was able to put my mind at ease and help me get answers, when I wasn’t getting anywhere with the NHS. I was grateful to meet Nick and all that he had done for me. Nick has kept in contact with me during the process. Nick is an excellent consultant that is very knowledgeable in his field.

Dr Prinja showed utmost care and diligence throughout the entire process, providing an all-round fantastic service. Could not have hoped for a better outcome.

Mr Akhtar is a brilliant, skilled surgeon with excellent bedside manner. I had alot of pain and dislocations due to a torn labrum, which Mr Akhtar repaired via keyhole surgery. My shoulder is now stable and I am free from pain!

Mr Crook operated on my shoulder 8 years ago and that was very successful. I had complete trust in him to operated on my wrists and the result so far has been great. He’s a lovely man and explains thing throughly. Thank you for fixing me again!

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

Mr Rao was very friendly, caring and very helpful to resolve my knee pain. I would not hesitate to see him again for treatment.

Dr Singh recommended me for thumb joint replacement surgery as steroid injection wasn’t helping with pain relief .Surgey on the 16th May. I have now regained full strength and mobility of my left hand .My recovery was very swift and only hand to take one week off work.Over the moon with the results.
