I have experience very easy; you are very are clear and it made it you explain what's going to happen and you made it very clear and step-by-step and it was excellent. The General anaesthetic was great. Best sleep I had.

Mr Dattani was very helpful and explained my operation in detail. The surgery was very successful and I now have a full range of pain free shoulder movement.

The criticism is that I was put on the spot to make a rushed decision on the treatment. It would have been sensible to let me go away with the options of treatment and be able to discuss with my family and then make a decision. Now I feel as though I was swayed away from going for the surgery as I wasn’t keen on it.

I can thoroughly recommend Mr Colaco he explained everything in detail and was very reassuring and kind. I never felt rushed. Mr Colaco arranged my surgery quickly and his aftercare was excellent

Mr Siddiqui has been great to engage with. He gave me a lot of comfort and confidence about decisions and processes. My shoulder is still quite sore, which is why I scored the overall experience as 4 rather than 5

He reviewed all the information presented to him and was able to exclude serious shoulder deficiencies. He was reassuring, kind and empathetic. A delightful and caring, sensible doctor. His endearing quality of humility in the face of his hugely powerful qualifications was a pleasure.
