All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Dr. Stimpson was absolutely excellent. Exceptionally thorough, attentive and answered all and any questions. I would highly recommend him. It makes a world of difference having a doctor with a brilliant bedside manner who makes the patient feel comfortable and heard - whilst managing to be efficient and address the primary concern.

I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, caring and friendly. All of the staff were great – they were helpful and kind. I am so glad I chose Mount Alvernia hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone.
