Facilities are good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

A good and convenient location

Dr East listened to what my issues were with my nose, having had it broken on two previous occasions. It was deviated to the left and was slightly blocked on one side. I could not be happier with the result. My nose character is as if my nose was never broken all those years ago, which was something I asked to try and achieve. Same nose but perfectly straight.

Very kind staff

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

Had a 2pm appointment but had to wait an hour and was not seen until 3pm - really frustrated

Fantastic device and facilities never had to wait for appointments. Friendly staff.
