Good experience

My experience at OneWelbeck Skin Health and Allergy was a pleasant one. I had to get in touch over the phone a few times to get my appointment date and time changed and it was always handled in a very efficient and friendly manner. My appointment also went well and all the hospital staff I interacted with were lovely. The place was clean, quiet, looked nice, and had a calm air about it, which felt different to other hospitals I have been in and helped ebb my anxiety away a little bit. Thank you!

My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.
