Miss Adib is possibly the most approachable and sensitive medics that I have ever had dealings with. Her professionalism, coupled with a deep understanding of her specialisation, is extremely reassuring. I had a Mona Lisa Smile treatment. Miss Adib gently explained every step of the process and carried out the procedure. There were three sessions which each took in the region of 5/7 mins, spaced over three months. The procedure has had an extremely positive effect on my life and general wellbeing. I can sneeze and laugh without crossing my legs, which is such a massive improvement with something that I had simply leant to live with. I had stopped running due to leakages, but last weekend I played 3 sets of tennis with my family, I felt secure and relaxed throughout, and enjoyed it enormously. I cannot thank Miss Adib enough for improving my quality of life so much. I cannot understand why all women in their 50/60 /70s don't have this treatment. I will be back each year now for the annual one off procedure. Additionally, I am also now being guided through taking BHRT by Miss Adib. My approach is why 'put up' with all these restrictive 'things' which we encounter as we get older if we don't have to. I am so happy to have met Miss Adib and would recommend her unreservedly to all.

I met mr Vimplis for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. He was very kind and professional. He listened to my explanation of why I was seeing him and seemed to understand everything I said and wrote down my complete medical history. He took his time with me and then said he would like to examine me. He called in a chaperone and was very thorough in his examination. He explained what he had found and that he would like some blood tests and a CT ultrasound which I managed to get appointments for quickly and saw him again for the results. Again he was very kind and explained thoroughly the results and how he would like to continue with my care for the future.

We felt very reassured from the first appointment with Dr Kunal. Dr Kunal explained my condition clearly without the complex medical jargon and the options available and their pros and cons which allowed us to choose the best option according to our preferences. We admire his passion and caring. He is always reachable to clear out any concerns or for advice. I have successfully undergone a procedure performed by Dr Kunal and on road to full recovery. We are very much thankful to Dr Kunal for his services and no hesitation in recommending Dr Kunal to my friends and others who suffering with similar conditions as of me.

Dr Shahid is a lovely caring and competent doctor - you are in good hands with her. She is knowledgeable, patient and happy to spend time with you explaining anything you don't understand. I highly recommend her.

Dr Alice Scott is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to my issues and offers various options depending on how I wish to deal with them. She explains everything in clear terms and has an empathy which allows me to feel safe and trust her judgement in all my health concerns. I cannot recommend her more highly and feel confident that I have found a doctor who I can have continuity with and able to go through my menopause ‘phase’ without the anxiety that was dragging me down, before I had the pleasure to meet her.

Consultations with Mr Razvi have been thorough with explanations and examinations leading to clear advice and treatment .....all being delivered in a calm, caring and professional manner to me as his anxious patient.
