I was a day patient but my experience with Miss Nair was a positive one, I felt I was in medically capable hands and any questions I didn't think of at the time of the consultation, Miss Nair gave a card thus giving the option of a follow-up by email if I needed to which was reassuring.

Miss Adib is possibly the most approachable and sensitive medics that I have ever had dealings with. Her professionalism, coupled with a deep understanding of her specialisation, is extremely reassuring. I had a Mona Lisa Smile treatment. Miss Adib gently explained every step of the process and carried out the procedure. There were three sessions which each took in the region of 5/7 mins, spaced over three months. The procedure has had an extremely positive effect on my life and general wellbeing. I can sneeze and laugh without crossing my legs, which is such a massive improvement with something that I had simply leant to live with. I had stopped running due to leakages, but last weekend I played 3 sets of tennis with my family, I felt secure and relaxed throughout, and enjoyed it enormously. I cannot thank Miss Adib enough for improving my quality of life so much. I cannot understand why all women in their 50/60 /70s don't have this treatment. I will be back each year now for the annual one off procedure. Additionally, I am also now being guided through taking BHRT by Miss Adib. My approach is why 'put up' with all these restrictive 'things' which we encounter as we get older if we don't have to. I am so happy to have met Miss Adib and would recommend her unreservedly to all.

Dr Kunal explained my condition clearly without the complex medical jargon and the options available and their pros and cons which allowed us to choose the best option according to our preferences. We admire his passion and caring. He is always reachable to clear out any concerns or for advice. I have successfully undergone a procedure performed by Dr Kunal and on road to full recovery. Consultations with Mr Razvi have been thorough with explanations and examinations leading to clear advice and treatment .....all being delivered in a calm, caring and professional manner to me as his anxious patient.

I was very happy with my treatment from Mr Masood. He took time to explain all procedures, sometimes with diagrams. I never felt rushed and felt I could any questions. He was also very considerate in aftercare.

I met mr Vimplis for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. He was very kind and professional. He listened to my explanation of why I was seeing him and seemed to understand everything I said and wrote down my complete medical history. He took his time with me and then said he would like to examine me. He called in a chaperone and was very thorough in his examination. He explained what he had found and that he would like some blood tests and a CT ultrasound which I managed to get appointments for quickly and saw him again for the results. Again he was very kind and explained thoroughly the results and how he would like to continue with my care for the future.

My experience was very pleasant. The doctor was extremely informative, and I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the room. I felt heard, and I had a thorough explanation into my query and issues. All in all very pleased with the outcome of this appointment
