Really impressed with Tom Ulset - super friendly and very data driven with clear goals and progression pathway. Weekly sessions kept me accountable and I received a level of care/performance plan beyond any previous physio experience I have had.

I was referred to Dr Rhodri Phillip OBE by one of his colleagues, Maria Viner, a physiotherapist at the Chancery Lane branch. I would describe the entire consultation and follow-up service as outstanding in every respect. Dr Phillip was friendly, attentive, comprehensive in his examination and review of my detailed hospital test results (circa 100 blood tests, CT scan, X-ray and ECG) and very considered in his assessment of his preliminary diagnosis. I had not received a diagnosis from the hospital which I had spent a day attending for tests some months earlier, other than Proximal Myopathy, and a referral to a neurology clinic some 10 weeks into the future. Dr Phillip spent more than double the scheduled consultation time with me and provided clear and open verbal feedback throughout. He advised me of his preliminary diagnosis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, and the proposed medication. He wished to discuss this with some colleagues and revert the next morning, which he did as promised and subsequently arranged for delivery of an e-prescription the same day which I was able to collect from a pharmacy at 7.30pm the same evening. Dr Phillip prepared within a few days a detailed clinical note which I was able to use to brief my GP. Dr Phillip requested feedback on my symptoms after one week and after a further 2 weeks. He responded very promptly and in an engaged and highly supportive manner to the emails which I sent to him. He continued to support my improvement via email for about 4- 5 weeks for which he was always prompt, clear and supportive, whereupon at my GP's request he provided a report to my GP practice to enable the reducing dose prescription to be continued under the NHS. Significantly, Dr Phillip also recommended during my visit that I retained a pre-scheduled consultation with a specialist consultant Neurologist. That proved very valuable as the Consultant Neurologist corroborated Dr Phillip's diagnosis and ruled out the need for any further neurological investigations. The prescription had a very fast positive impact and within 48-72 hours the pain and stiffness had substantially reduced. After 4 weeks, I am almost entirely free from any pain or stiffness and my movement and flexibility is back to normal. I have huge respect for the specialist skills, professionalism and dedication shown by Dr Rhodri Phillip, and have never experienced such a universally outstanding quality of service. Thank you once again.

Convenient. Helpful. Designated parking would be better as difficult getting out of car with crutches unless you can fully open car door.
