I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.

I attended Murrayfield only for pre-op bloods - the staff were friendly and efficient.

The receptionist today was excellent. She was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Thank you!
