Very good; friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable medical centre.

Overall it was a great experience staff very friendly clean and tidy rooms surgical staff were great. The only downside to my visit was that I was given a 7 am appointment so I got to the wing early but the wing was closed. I had to wait outside for it to be opened by staff. then I had another 2 hour wait for surgery. If the link wing does not open until 7 am then there is no need to book appointments at that time and leave patients waiting outside.

The whole experience at PGH was excellent. All the staff from the gentleman on reception at the front door on the morning of arrival, the nursing staff, the catering staff were all efficient, friendly and reassuring. I also need to say the food was excellent.

Consultation with Mr. Christian Brown on 12th August 2024: Very professional and skillful with precise diagnosis and recommendation based on complete knowledge of the record and history on the patient. Instils a feeling of confidence and reassurance as to the state of play and provides a path as to how to deal with any issues which may arise in the future.

I was fully informed of all procedures. All staff were polite and friendly, and the entire process was carried out easily and within delays.

After 35 years with you and I hope many more I find experience with any private sector Fantastic I never have problem I don't need to think about me " You do this for me" All my operations only exp . 5 plastic surgery 1 appendix 2 brest surgery (brest cancer 8 yers ego) etc All consultants I have :Fantastic !!!!!
