Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

The doctors, nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about one another and the patients. Doctors in the Sainsbury’s Wing are fantastic, capable and empathetic but clearly overworked with shifts that are longer than they should be. I would say the same goes for the nurses. There is a serious shortage of staff, which is problematic for a private facility. The building in itself and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and modernisation. Nutrition needs to be much more of a priority as it forms a crucial part of a holistic treatment.
