Mr Andrew James was very honest and approachable. His explanations and professionalism were exemplary and left me feeling like I was in safe hands. There was no push to have surgery, I had been given clear options as how to proceed which made me feel extremely comfortable with the procedure. I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable with my procedure on the day which went smoothly with great success.
