The whole experience having surgery performed by Mr khazali and his entire team has been faultless. I felt in such safe hands and reassured at every step. The care at the Lister Hospital was excellent and follow up has been brilliant from phone calls from the nursing team and quick email responses from Mr Khazali when my GP had a query about ongoing medication. I recovered remarkably quickly from a complex operation which I’m sure is down to the surgeon’s skill and the care and advice I received.

Mr Bhattacharjee was excellent, in both the initial consultation and follow up scan. I was at ease during both appointments, and felt comfortable and informed. Everything was explained, so clearly, it has been such a refreshing experience. I was able to get more understanding of diagnosis and procedures available to me in 1 appointment than I had in over a year of investigatory appointments elsewhere.

Ben was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to understand my situation and advise me both during the appointment and after.

I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

Dr Swanton listened to me and provided an accurate diagnosis based on the evidence and symptoms. Surgery went extremely smooth and I feel like a new person after my six week recovery period.

Caring and patience. He has taken the time to explain to me my options while taking into consideration my feelings.

Ms Khan is clear in her advice and has a kind bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and was very responsive. I feel lucky to have located such a gifted consultant.
