Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.

The doctor was very friendly and kind, and she helped me through a physically difficult test by talking to me and explaining everything.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.
