I saw Dr Pardeep in Promis Rehab, London & from the start he was kind & listened carefully to my immediate needs & ongoing care when I returned home. In my experience he is a first class psychiatrist, with a lovely way of making you feel comfortable, in safe hands & his after care is exceptional. I had a problem with my GP following up on medication & Dr Pardeep promptly sent an email and the whole situation was sorted promptly & effectively. Thank you.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

Dr Abraham is incredibly approachable and made time to come and see me on the ward any day he was working, just to check if I needed anything or to speak to him further. I felt I could be completely open and honest with him about all of my experiences and struggles.

Not knowing what to expect, the prospect of therapy can be very frightening. But Dr. Aisan immediately put me at ease which meant I could get the most out of the process. She is very nice intelligent caring doctor that seems to only want the best for her patients success and healthy mental health state. During my research for psychologist, she was one of my choices given her broad expertise. Over the last year or so Dr. Aisan has worked with me to help me identify the real deep rooted issues I was battling, address my hurt and mental pain. I begin to develop a sense of myself, someone I can now be proud of. My goal was to stop feeling depressed and distressed, however Dr. Aisan has helped me achieve so much more through therapy.

Dr. Marilia is very caring and knowledgeable. I never have second thoughts when discussing my treatment when consulted with her.

Rob was superb in all respects. Listened, analysed, emphasised, humour, some positive challenge when required. Can't praise him highly enough, am always in his debt. Thank-you.

I can’t thank Dr Yahya and Sharelle Hatherley enough for the amount of support they have given me and amazing service they provided before, during and after my ADHD Diagnosis. Dr Yahya’s ADHD Assessment was very detailed and in my consultations with him during and through both Diagnosis and Treatment, the environment has continued to be somewhere I feel heard and comfortable to express /speak about myself and my struggles openly. In all parts of my treatment, there has always been a focus on my understanding and, progression/changes are made with my wishes and best interests at heart. Having him as my Psychiatrist, I am confident that I am being looked after well. Now Sharelle Hatherley, working alongside Dr Yahya as his Secretary has too proven to be incredible. She always strives to go the extra mile in each and every interaction that I have had and always comes across as ecstatic to help out. Where I have needed to get pass something onto/ask Dr Yahya, her response is always swift. In all exchanges with both Dr Yahya and Sharelle, it has proven to be an absolutely fantastic experience where I feel that I am highly valued and cared for as a patient. Soooo, now that you have read my review what are you actually waiting for…... I very much highly recommend them.
