Outstanding customer care from the nurse and receptionist in the waiting area. Both are exceptionally good. Grafton Suite is also an exceptionally good facility with light and clean areas everywhere.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

KInd reception at entrance and friendly asistance at waiting area.

Overall it was a very favourable experience. I did feel during my 24 hours there that the staff were pretty busy and although I received good post- operative care overnight, on 22nd it all seemed to be a bit rushed and noticeably less input.

The staff were polite and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable

The hospital were very accommodating even though I was running late as I had taken the wrong train from Surrey!

I have been a regular visitor of PMH and my expectations have always been met!
