Very quick process at reception and advised where to go for appointment

The facility was very clean, and the passenger journey was very efficient. Absolutely cannot fault the team in the procedure room and the aftercare team as they were very communicative and supportive. I feel the experience was let down by the initial administration/consent signing where there was effectively no communication or friendly demeanour for what was quite a stressful emotional experience.

Everyone from reception staff, ward helpers, nurses and doctors were all very welcoming and friendly. The nurses were there whenever I needed them and the physiotherapists were encouraging and helpful.
