I could not be happier with the care I received from Mr Alibhai. Throughout the whole process he was kind, courteous and professional. During my initial consultations he carefully explained the options to me and helped me to make an informed choice about the most appropriate choice of treatment for my impacted wisdom teeth. On the day of the surgery, he made sure that I was happy with everything and provided me with instructions about post-operative care. The staff at the London Clinic were all lovely and made my stay very comfortable. Mr Alibhai visited me again after the surgery to inform me that it had gone well. The operation was a success, and I recovered very quickly. When I had a question about my recovery, he got back to me almost immediately with an answer. Likewise, our follow up appointment was helpful and reassured me that I was recovering well. It is a shame that all doctors are not like Mr Alibhai: I can't stress enough how happy I am to have chosen him for the treatment, and wish to express my sincere thanks to him.

Mr Jayaram has treated my face, with multiple surgical procedures, including excisions of skin cancers (BCC & SCC) and an extensive (middle, tip, left and right side) nose excisions and reconstructive skin graft, using donor skin from my chest. The diagnosis, prognosis, options and potential outcomes, were all extensively offered and discussed with Mr Jayaram, with generous attention to detail, clarity and empathy along my patient journey. I was so lucky to meet Mr Awad for my procedure. I felt totally confident that I would successfully get through a quite difficult episode in my life. Mr Awad was always caring and kind and patiently answered all my questions: his explanations were completely borne out by how things progressed. The nursing/speech/nutrition team at Charing Cross Hospital were also excellent.

André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment.
