Beautiful presented hospital staff extremely friendly my appointment time was prompt.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Never spent long waiting but the staff and service was fast and friendly.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.
