I had been experiencing knee pain over over 2 years and had used a different consultant which did not find the underlying cause for my issue. I sought a second opinion from Dr. Singh who was able to narrow down a few likely causes and recommend immediate next steps - the results were evident in less than a month. He was caring and patient throughout and was eager to hear about my symptoms - thank you again!

James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.

I thought that Dr Gulihar had a pleasant manner and took time to explain the options and make recommendations. After the X-rays he suggested a steroid injection in my right shoulder and I must day that the result was fantastic. The pain in my right shoulder has largely disappeared and the pain in my neck and left shoulder has greatly reduced and is now perfectly manageable. An excellent result and a big thank you to a thorough professional.
