After 4 years going from different physios and consultants, Mark Webb was like a beacon in the darkness (seriously, I was really starting to give up hope that someone could help me)! After being told that my pain was part of the ageing process, Mr Webb found the reason for my discomfort and quickly organised for the surgery to sort it out! 5 weeks on from the surgery, I am optimistic for a full recovery and can’t wait to start living an active lifestyle again!

I was very glad to have a consultation with Mr. William Bartlett on Tuessday the week the 9 July. He was most helpful in a swift diagnosis and positive in his assessment in the treatment needed, with the possibility of a return visit to him should further help be needed.

I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable.
