It all went well. All went well. Very knowledgable and skilled. Had failed stabilisation before by another surgeon and saw Prof Imam for a second surgery and I was confident he is the right one.

Always friendly when you check in

I felt so cared for as soon as I arrived. Everything was explained to me before my surgery and I was reassured right up to I was put to sleep. When I came round after surgery I could not have felt more cared for , everyone was amazing and I was continually checked on through the night. Food was amazing too, all of the staff were polite , respectful and kind.

Happy, friendly, service-oriented people from the reception onwards. Bright, clean and organised environment that made the visit less traumatic (at least for me who is terrorised with just the thought of having to go to hospital/doctors). The fact that in one visit I saw the doctor, got the Xrays done, and then met with the doctor again for his recommendations was simply amazing, efficient and very welcomed. Great hospital with people that seemed happy to serve in an effective and caring manner.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

My experience with Nuffield was fast and efficient and very friendly place to have a procedure.

I had a comfortable stay. The staff are very professional and friendly. I had very good care, even in the middle of the night. Everyone was very patient and I was very well cared for. The food was very lovely as well.

It was a new experience for me to be in hospital and I thought it was all a really above average experience. Everybody was extremely friendly and had the time for me.
