All staff are beyond helpful and friendly

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

Went to Tunica Diagnostics for my varicose vein Doppler test. Clean space! The staff was professional and courteous, and the procedure was thorough. Will recommend.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.
