I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

All staff I met were very friendly, polite and professional. However I was surprised to be told the results of my MRI by email, that I had arthritis and bulging discs in my back. I would have expected a phone call at least, preferably another appointment to discuss the findings and so I could see the images of my back. When I asked if I could see the images or possibly have an appointment I was told to contact the MRI department myself to request the results on a disc. Another issue was that I had to email twice and it took two weeks for a prescription to be sent to me. When my blood results showed I had high cholesterol, I was referred to a leaflet, instead of having a discussion. This lack of personal service in the aftercare surprised me.
