I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Whittaker today who was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient, understanding, reassuring and took time to explain things to me. After a couple of months of illness, I was so relieved to receive such an amazing service. I will not hesitate in returning and will be taking my son to see him soon with an ear issue he has. Mr Jumani introduced himself and his experience relative to consultants seen previously. Clearly understood my concerns and completed thorough examination. Minor treatment performed identifying underlying problem. Referred for scan and another appointment with consultant surgeon. Gave clear advice on care plan. Very efficient and I could not have expected better outcome from this appointment. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
